This Privacy Policy explains how Phuket Cheap Tour uses Repost AI, an internal tool for preparing and publishing approved travel content to the company's connected social-media accounts, including Pinterest.
Information we process
When an authorized team member connects a Pinterest account, Repost AI may process the account identifier, display name, profile image URL, authorization scopes, access tokens, selected board identifiers, captions, media selected for publication, publishing choices, job status, and limited technical logs. Repost AI does not receive or store a Pinterest password.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate the authorized account, show connected-account details, create Pins selected by an authorized team member, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, operate and secure the service, and respond to support or deletion requests. Repost AI does not sell personal data or use Pinterest data for advertising.
Pinterest data and content
Pinterest authorization is performed through Pinterest's OAuth flow. Access tokens are stored with restricted access and are used only for the Pinterest account that an authorized team member connects. Content is sent to Pinterest only after an authorized team member chooses it for publication. Pinterest's own terms and privacy policy also apply to data processed by Pinterest.
Storage and retention
Authorization records are kept while the connected account remains active. Temporary publishing media is kept only for the time needed to complete a publishing job and is deleted after successful delivery or within 24 hours. Operational logs are retained only for a limited period needed to maintain security and diagnose publishing issues.
Service providers
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate Repost AI and Pinterest to process authorized publishing requests. These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
Security
We use access controls, protected token storage, restricted server-to-server requests, limited retention, and log redaction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
An authorized team member can disconnect a Pinterest account to stop future publishing requests. To request deletion of Repost AI account data or ask a privacy question, email phuketcheaptour@gmail.com. Removing data from Repost AI does not remove content already published on Pinterest; published Pins can be managed in the Pinterest account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
